For event planners
Nobody thanks you when the travel works
Getting twelve executives from six cities into one room on a Tuesday morning is the part of the program that can unravel everything else, and the part you're least likely to have an aviation person for. We don't sell flights. We're who you call before you decide whether private is even the right answer.
When private earns its place
Multi-origin arrivals
When the group is coming from six places and has to be in one room at the same hour, the scheduling problem is bigger than the aircraft problem.
Same-day round trips
A board meeting, a site visit, a plant tour. Private can turn two nights into one long day, and the hotel line disappears from your budget.
Event weekends
Art Basel, F1 Miami, the Derby. Aircraft in the region book up months ahead, and ramp space runs out before the planes do. Most people find out too late.
Schedule control
When the program can't move and the flight can, private is insurance rather than luxury.
And the trips where we'll tell you not to
Most of the time, the smart version is one private leg and the rest commercial. If the group is small, the route is well served, and the schedule has slack, charter is an expensive way to buy very little. We'll say so in writing before you take it to your client. You can forward that email.
What happens when you send us a client
1
You send the program — dates, origins, headcount, what can't move.
2
We tell you whether private fits. Plainly, in writing, usually within a day. Including when it doesn't.
3
If it fits, we introduce a vetted broker partner. They quote, they contract, they fly it. We stay reachable through the trip.
What we do, and what we don't
What we do
- Read your program and tell you whether private is the right tool
- Explain the airport and FBO choices here and at the destination
- Flag the event weekends when aircraft in the region get scarce and prices climb
- Introduce you to a broker partner we'd use ourselves
What we don't
- Sell flights
- Operate aircraft
- Hold your money
- Push you toward a particular operator
What you get back
A named person who answers. An honest read before you present anything to your client. No contract, no exclusivity, no minimums.
Planners welcome
Tell us the program. We'll tell you the truth.
